A Finance major at Texas Christian University, Joseph has a diverse background rooted in healthcare. Raised in a family that founded Tutera Senior Living & Healthcare in 1985, he gained valuable industry insights. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Joseph managed their PPE affiliate, supplying vital medical equipment to similar firms.

Co-Founder / Business Development

John O'Hearn is an accomplished healthcare executive with 15+ years of leadership experience focused on transformational strategy development and operations in not-for-profit acute care and for-profit post-acute care hospital environments. He has a deep understanding of the entire healthcare continuum from the clinic to the post-acute space and is focused on bringing practical solutions to long-standing healthcare issues.

Co-Founder / CTO

Samar Acharya is a seasoned software architect, engineer, and tech leader with over a decade of experience in diverse team environments. Samar's career includes pivotal roles at Brightergy, where he led technology initiatives working closely with the CTO. At Zego, he was a founding engineer and instrumental in its growth and acquisition by PayLease, where he later led the architecture chapter across the engineering organization. While at Snappt, he helped architect, develop and evolve their next-generation fraud platform.
